A beautiful all white wedding at Foxhill Manor

Emily’s spring time wedding flowers at Foxhill Manor were such a delight to arrange! Emily chose fresh ivory and mixed green shades for her March wedding flowers, filled with seasonal pretties such as ranunculus and lilac. The happy couple were married at the exclusive Cotswold boutique hotel Foxhill Manor, and I would love to share a few phone snaps of their wedding flowers!

Emily’s bouquet was natural, loose and unstructured filled with ranunculus, ivory ‘Avalanche’ roses, white lilac and lisianthus. Emily wanted to use a mix of dark green and soft grey foliage including asparagus fern, eucalyptus and poplas offering lots of texture and interest! That lilac really does smell incredible too… a very simple, natural looking bouquet, perfect for a spring wedding.

The bridesmaids carried smaller bouquets and the boys had elegant ivory rose and white thistle buttonholes. For the ceremony I created two large, natural urns placed either side of the ceremony table. Here I could use larger headed flowers such as the white hydrangeas, alongside the roses and lisianthus. Emily really wanted a foliage heavy look here, with the white flowers to accent.

The mantelpiece was also dressed with a foliage arrangement, I got to use one of my favourite seasonal flowers ‘soloman’s seal’ a beautiful trailing foliage with little white droplets of flowers. It offers the most fantastic texture to arrangements!

The tables were dressed with candelabra with glass bottles, votives and candles placed around the base, a perfect way to add interest and height to the decorations, yet also focusing on providing flowers on the table to look at. Emily also commissioned a large foliage wreath, with a hand calligraphy message for her thank you cards. This was so much fun to make, and I can’t wait to see the professional photos of this idea!
