August Bank Holiday Wedding Flowers at The Rose Shed!

It’s been a wonderful week of wedding flowers at The Rose Shed, working on beautiful weddings in Bristol and Somerset! I want to share with you a few photos of the pretty that has gone out the door and on it’s way to some lucky brides! First up Vicki and Hugh were married in Crewkerne and held their reception at the beautiful Dillington House. Vicki choose soft pale pink, dusky lilac and ivory seasonal flowers for her wedding flowers. Her bouquets contained ‘memory lane’, ‘Sweet Avalanche’ ‘cappuccino’ and ‘Mentha’ roses, ivory dahlias, astrantia, lisianthus with soft grey eucalyptus foliage, a classic and elegant combination!

Emma and Lee were married at Kilver Court on Sunday, and this was my first visit providing wedding flowers at Kilver Court and it had the most stunning gardens! The happy couple were lucky enough to be married outside in a beautiful Dovecot amongst the gardens, I hung floral hearts here adding that extra special touch to the ceremony.

Emma’s bouquets were filled with ivory, pale peach and pink blooms such as dahlias, lisianthus, roses, spray roses, astilbe and astrantia… all perfect for late summer weddings!

On Monday I was lucky enough to be back at Coombe Lodge, in Blagdon for Diona and Neil. Diona wanted summery shades of blues, pink and ivory to compliment her cobalt blue bridesmaid dresses so we went for delphiniums, lisianthus, roses, veronica with soft eucalyptus foliage to compliment.

I filled Coombe Lodge with lots of jam jars that Diona had been collecting and decorating over the past few months! These looked lovely in clusters on the table and decorating the mantel piece in a more laid back, kind of way! Wishing all my couples a wonderful future together and I hope you had the best wedding day!
